Citykirken leader trainees - welcome to a network of young leaders!

As leaders in Citykirken, we see it as our noblest task to foster new leaders and to invest in the next generation. Networking and good relationships are an important part of our DNA. We look forward to being together, sharing life, work, leading, having fun, inspiring and challenging each other and building the church together.

Being a leader trainee in Citykirken entails the following:

1. Commitment – You commit to one year at a time. You can later extend your commitment if you wish.

2. You participate in the four annual PULS evenings. You can help lead and influence them. At PULS, we work with our vision and values, and create a common culture in the church.

3. You attend (as far as possible) Sunday services in Citykirken. Together, we would like to create a service with Jesus at the center and a good place for everyone to find a personal relationship with Jesus.

4. You participate in 4 leader trainee gatherings a year with inspiration, fun, team building, prayer, etc. and participate, if possible, in any leadership and employee days in Citykirken. We also try to organize a joint study tour every year.

5. You have a specific leadership task in Citykirken. There are currently three different categories of leadership tasks:
– Being a leader in the church (B&U, City groups, worship, service, etc.)
– To be a leader of the church (call to become a missionary, pastor, plant a church, etc.)
- To be co-leader of a team
We endeavor to meet the various needs in the three categories, e.g. more theology for those who want to be pastors.

6. You have regular mentoring sessions with a pastor or other mature leader from the church who becomes your personal mentor.

7. We supplement with various offers as needed, e.g. courses, leadership days, Mosaik/AK Summit, GLS and informal gatherings at one of the pastors' with food, Q&As and experience sharing.

8. We communicate via the ChurchApp.

In short: Leader trainees in Citykirken are young people who lead a new or existing area in the church, have regular mentoring sessions and gather for mutual exchange of experience, training and inspiration.

You must also be a member of Ung MOSAIK as a leader trainee (Costs DKK 75 per year). Ung MOSAIK usually supports our study tour.
