Citykirken Classic
Tuesday November 11th we will pray together at Citykirken Aarhus.
Tuesday November 18th Johnny Hansen will educate us on some of the more difficult verses of the Bible.
We meet at Citykirken's premises at 14 to approx. 16. Everyone is welcome.
Coffee and cake costs 30 DKK but otherwise Classic is free.

BOOST - if you would like a youth blessing
BOOST 25/26 already startet but you can still make it!
BOOST is an alternative or supplement to confirmation education for you if you would like to learn more about the Christian faith and do cool things with other young people.
BOOST started in November and the youth blessing will be on Sunday May 3rd 2026.
It is free and everyone in the 7th grade is welcome.
Gospel service
Get ready for another gospel service on Sunday November 16th at 14-15:30. It'll be awesome!
Gospel services are for everyone. Together with the gospel choir Saved by Grace and Nikolaj Kirkegaard Munk at the keys, the choir's conductor Charlotte Dahl Søby will lead the music, so that we can all open our eyes to what gospel music can do.
There will also be a short devotional, quiet time, prayer stations and time to be present in His presence.
We look forward to creating some unforgettable moments with you in a lovely community and ending in the café with coffee/tea and something sweet.

Holy Spirit Night
Come to Holy Spirit Night Sunday December 7th at 19:00.
Holy Spirit Night is an evening focusing on what the Holy Spirit can and will do today.
Come and join us in worshiping God and experiencing His presence through praise and prayer.

Classic Christmas lunch
On Tuesday December 16th at 12:00, Classic will be hosting a Christmas lunch for anyone who wants a nice afternoon. There will be delicious food, good company and fun activities.
This wonderful afternoon costs 175 DKK.

Christmas concert with Jette Torp and Aarhus Gospel Singers
On Tuesday December 2nd at 19:30, Aarhus Gospel Singers will open their doors to a fantastic Christmas concert in collaboration with Jette Torp and conductor Rune Herholdt as well as Peter Houe Sørensen on piano.
The evening will bring lots of music, Christmas spirit and joy, so come join us for this year's most amazing gospel Christmas concert!

Christmas concert with Hans Jørn Østerby and Silje Sejergaard
Thursday December 18th at 19:30 you can boost your Christmas spirit to max before Christmas fully sets in.
This evening there will be a concert in Citykirken with Silje Sejergaard and Hans Jørn Østerby. They will deliver a heartwarming Christmas concert with well-known Christmas carols supplemented with some of Hans Jørn's own songs about Christmas that go beneath the polished surface. Perhaps that is where Christmas really comes alive.
Silje is known from DR's first talent show "Star for an Evening", and Hans Jørn has been performing with his songs for many years.

JOIN
- for those of you considering joining Citykirken
JOIN is an introductory course for you, regardless of whether you are new to the church or just never became a member.
At JOIN, you will be introduced to our vision, mission, theology, values, culture and have the opportunity to ask questions and talk to our priests. In addition, you have the opportunity to meet others who are new to the church.
We will also help you join one of our city groups, teams or anything else you may wish. The best way to join our community is to get involved.
Next time is Saturday February 21st at 9-14.Breakfast, coffee and lunch are served in connection with the course. Everyone is welcome and it's completely free. If you have questions about JOIN, you can email one of the pastors.

New in faith?
As a new believer, it can be difficult to know where to go for knowledge. We want to help you with that.
Join our brand new course. It is Sundays from 9:45 to 10:15 in the pre-office on the 1st floor. There will be approximately 15-20 minutes of presentation and then an opportunity for questions. Of course, we'll finish so we can join the church service.
It is completely non-committal.
